Milk – 250 ml
Rice Flour – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Badam/Almonds – 1 cup
Elaichi/Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
If you dont have rice flour, soak rice in water for sometime & drain the water out. Then grind it into fine paste.
- Add sugar & milk into a container & let it boil.
- Once it starts boiling add rice flour & let it form into a loose batter on simmer. Keep stirring intermittently.
- Meanwhile take another container & add some water & almonds & heat it fora minute or two. Now drain water & peel off the skin from almonds. Roast & grind those almonds into a coarse powder.
- Add cardamom & badam powder to the batter & put-off the stove. Take it into serving cups & put inside the refrigerator. Serve cold.
